Refund policy

All Sales Are Final (with a Few Exceptions)

Due to the nature of small-batch, self-published, and independently produced items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at alas.recordings@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damage or wrong item

We’ll do our best to offer a replacement or refund (depending on availability), or store credit if the item is out of stock.


Lost Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Please make sure your delivery address is correct and secure.

If your order appears stuck in transit or has not arrived after a reasonable period (10+ business days domestic / 30+ international), get in touch and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.


Refunds (if approved)

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10–14 business days. You will be notified by email once the refund is issued.
