Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5–8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: During special releases or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience!


Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer both domestic and international shipping, with options including:

  • Standard Shipping (Belgium) (3–7 business days)

  • International Shipping (delivery times vary by destination)

Note for international customers: You are responsible for any customs, duties, or VAT that may apply.


Packaging

  • Vinyl records are shipped in sturdy mailers with protective padding to prevent warping or corner damage.

  • Zines and artist publications are carefully packaged with rigid mailers and protective sleeves to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

We aim to reduce waste by reusing clean, recyclable packing materials whenever possible.


Local Pickup (Optional)

If you're based in Antwerp, Belgium, we offer free local pickup. Select this option at checkout and we'll email you to arrange a time.


Lost or Damaged Items

We’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with photos, and we’ll work with you on a resolution.
